Made of High-strength Materials
Most brick machine moulds on the market use 55 manganese. Although they have high surface hardness and strength after treatment, they have poor plasticity and toughness, medium cutting performance, poor weldability and hardenability, and water quenching has a tendency to form cracks. We choose better raw materials for brick machine moulds to provide customers with high-quality and stable moulds.
Our brick machine moulds mainly use 16 manganese steel (Q345), special alloys, etc.
16 Manganese Steel: has good low-temperature toughness, good comprehensive mechanical properties, good weldability, cold and hot processing performance and corrosion resistance, and has the advantages of high hardness, high wear resistance and high strength. Suitable for long-term, high-load working environment.
Special Alloy: special alloy material, surface hardness to 60-64HRC, hardness gradient 1.5mm, integral or split lining, reasonable structure, high strength, high toughness, strong ductility, etc., better material.
Service Life
Mould structure design is reasonable, easy to disassemble and clean, reduce maintenance costs and time, at the same time, the brick machine mould, after fine grinding finely the two sides of mould box, milling the four sides of mould box, quenching, cementiting to improve its strength, line cutting, milling and other special processes greatly improve the service life. Generally speaking, the mould can be used up to 100,000 times, that is, within this number of uses, the error of the bricks produced is within ±1mm. With proper maintenance and care, the mould can be used 100,000 times or even more.
Common Types of Brick Machine Moulds
Mainly include: pavement brick moulds, water conservancy brick moulds, grass brick moulds, wall brick moulds, retaining wall moulds, hollow brick moulds, porous brick moulds, etc.
Pavement brick mould is used for the production of pavement brick, with good wear resistance and pressure resistance, used in pavement, sidewalk, square and other ground laying.
Water conservancy brick mould is used to make bricks needed in water conservancy projects, such as drainage ditches, canals, flood walls, etc., with certain sealing and water permeability resistance.
Grass planting brick mould, also known as lawn brick mould, is used to produce bricks that can be used to lay lawns or grow plants. It has water permeability, good water drainage, and is conducive to plant growth.
Wall brick mould is used to make bricks required for building walls, such as ordinary wall bricks, porous bricks, hollow bricks, etc. Different types of moulds are selected according to the requirements of architectural design.
The retaining brick mould is used to produce retaining wall bricks, which has certain compressive resistance and stability and is used to prevent soil erosion and landslides.
Porous brick mould is used to make porous structure bricks, with good heat and sound insulation properties, often used in building walls or partition walls..
Hollow brick moulds make bricks with a hollow inside, reducing weight and enhancing thermal insulation.
