YHZS series of mobile concrete mixing plant is designed and developed by our company especially for the users whose constructional project aim at shorting construction period,long construction line and frequent transition.The machine's structure is compact, small footprint,easy installation,high degree of automatic which widely used in road and bridge construction,architecture,water conservancy,electricity and other infrastructure.
Characteristics:
1.Modular structure is designed, according to the container standar. The whole modules are all in one trailer unit, so it is convenient installation, easy disassembly, and transition quickly.
2.Main mixer adopts JS-type mixer with twin-shaft forced concrete mixer ensure mixing quality, high productivity, on the dry hard, semi-rigid, plastic and various proportions of concrete can be completed in mixing well.
3.All measure units of measurement devices and control components are imported components are imported components, computer controlled, fully guaranteed accurate and stable measurement.
4.Each repair and maintenance parts are equipped with platforms pr ladders, maintenance performance is good.
5.The whole machine adopts computer control system, dynamic panel shows a clear understanding of various parts of the operation. Intuitive control interface, can be clear, accurate observation of on-site workflow. Management reports can be printed.
6.Electronic control system components are imported. The overall performance is stable and powerful. Abnormal conditions and automatic fault detection, in the form of text, sound, light, alarm, self-diagnosis which is easy for maintenance and eliminate faults.
