Description of SL650 Automatic Pressure Machine:
1. SL650 Automatic Pressure Machine mainly produces various concrete blocks, cement blocks, paving stones, wall bricks and rebar support.
2. It is mainly used for buildings cast-in-place, highways, railways, bridges and historic buildings, reinforced concrete protective layer cushion blocks, bridge support etc.
3. The quality of cement reinforced cover block has a key to the pressure of rebar in mixed concrete engineering structure, durability, resistant to acid and alkali condition and fire prevention.
4. The quality of cement reinforced concrete is directly related to the carry capacity of reinforced steel in the whole structure, durable nature, acid alkaline and fire prevention, which plays an important role on the quality of the project.
Advantages:
1. This machine adopts gantry steel structure, which is specializing in making bricks.
2. The compression method is downward type with maximum pressure of 650T.
3. The bricks' length reaches 400*300mm in variety bricks by changing molds, such as concrete cushion block, rebar cushion block, invisible cushion block, dedicated cushion block of railway bridges, cement structure, architectural element, European component, zinc alloy stirrup.
4. All kinds of paving stone, slope protection brick, wall brick, building blocks, terrazzo and multi-joint mold within the thickness of 200mm, multi-joint mold will greatly improve production which is widely used in civic facilities, building, gardens and residential construction.
